What are the hours of operation for The Sweet Spot?

The Sweet Spot officially opens the week on Friday,February 9th, 2024 operating daily with multiple seatings offered each day through Saturday, February 17th, 2024. Reservations are available in 15 minute increments beginning at 6:00pm through 10:00pm and can accommodate parties of two.

Is there a cost for reservations?

Reservations are available starting at $30++ per table (for a party of 2).

Weekend and Valentine's Day Reservation are available for $35++ 

This includes 2/9, 2/10, 2/14, 2/16, and  2/17.


A $20 hold is required to secure your table. This deposit will be applied towards your food and beverage selections.Cancellations made within 48hrs of the reservation time will be charged a $20 cancellation fee.

What does my reservation include?

Reservations include a Dessert Wheel with 9 desserts, and 1 take away dessert box.  Upgrade your selections to include two glasses of bubbles or a bottle of champagne, for a sweetly unforgettable evening.

A themed cocktail menu with pairing recommendations will also be available for purchase, as well as additional beverage options.

How long is my reservation held for?

To ensure individualized and anticipatory service, our reservations are staggered in 15-minute increments. As such, your table will be held for 15 minutes from your selected reservation time.


We estimate each reservation will take approximately 1 hour from the start of the reservation time with a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. 

Can I make any special requests or substitutions?

In order to accommodate substitutions, please communicate allergies and dietary restrictions when making a reservation or at least 3 days prior to your reservation time. For questions on substitutions, please email our team at

Where is the "Sweet Spot" located?

The Sweet Spot is located at the lobby of JW Marriott Nashville, at the Duke, an exclusive cocktail lounge behind Cumberland Bar.

How can I find my reservation confirmation?

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation. A reservation reminder will also be sent via email or SMS to the contact information provided, 4 days prior to your reservation.


Remember to check your spam or junk email folders. Look for a confirmation email subject: Your Reservation for The Sweet Spot [reservation date format x/x/x ]is confirmed!

How can I make changes to my reservation?

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 48hrs prior to your reservation date. To modify your reservation please click on the “manage reservation” link found at the top of your confirmation email.


Then click on the “modify reservation” or “cancel reservation” found on the next page.

Are there on-site parking options available?

Valet parking will be provided complimentary; however, ride sharing is strongly recommended. Should you wish to self-park, there are various off-site parking options available nearby.
