What days does the train operate?

The JW Starlight officially opens the week of Thanksgiving on November 18th, 2023 operating daily with multiple event times offered each day through January 7th, 2024 with full day closures on Thanksgiving and Christmas.

How much do tickets cost?

Tickets are $30 for weekday rides, Sunday through Thursday, and $40 for weekend event times, on Fridays and Saturdays.

I have a large group, can I reserve the train for a private experience?

Based on availability, the experience can be reserved for private showings. To reserve the train for a large party or private experience, email Savannah Bennett at sbennett@turnberry.com for more information.

What does my ticket include?

Online tickets to the JW Starlight Holiday Pop Up Experience reserve your seat on an unparalleled 60-minute immersive audiovisual experience. A complimentary “welcome” glass of Veuve Clicquot ‘Yellow Label’ Champagne ($26 value), complimentary themed snacks, and complimentary Valet Parking ($28 value) are included with the purchase of your ticket. You will also receive a commemorative paper ticket with access to exclusive offers and discounts from our hotel and partners.

Does my ticket include food and/or beverage?

Beverages will be available for purchase upon boarding and light snacks will be provided. Outside food and beverage is prohibited.

What if I need to cancel my ticket?

48-Hour cancellation is required to receive a full refund for your ticketed amount and can be submitted online or through the link in your confirmation email.

How long is the experience?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes from the start of your selected seating time. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to your ticket time for a smooth boarding experience.

Is this a standing only experience?

This is a closed quarters immersive audiovisual experience with designated seating.

Is this experience all ages?

Due to the presence of alcoholic beverages, this experience is reserved for adults 21 and older only. Proof of identification is required. Virtual effects and simulations featured throughout the experience are not recommend for those prone to photosensitivity and motion sickness.

Can I exit the experience once it's begun?

Passengers may exit the train once the experience has begun, however, for the enjoyment of other passengers, it is recommended that you stay seated for the duration. The recommended time to exit the train is when the train pulls into a station, of which there will be 3 stops along the journey.

Can I stay for drinks after the experience has concluded?

This is a timed experience. Please promptly exit the ride once the experience has concluded to allow the staff to prepare for the next passengers. You are welcomed to join us before and after your ticked time in our Cumberland Lobby Bar.

Can I reboard the JW Starlight multiple times on the same day?

Tickets for each seating time are sold separately. All-day passes are not available at this time. You are more than welcome to purchase multiple tickets should you wish to do so.

Is JW Starlight Pet Friendly?

While we absolutely adore our furry friends, pets are not allowed.

Where is JW Starlight located?

The JW Starlight Holiday Pop Up Bar car is located inside the lobby of JW Marriott Nashville. 201 8th Avenue South | Nashville, TN 37203.

How can I find my reservation confirmation?

A confirmation email is automatically sent to the email address provided at the time of reservation. A reservation reminder will also be sent via email or SMS to the contact information provided, 4 days prior to your reservation.

 

Remember to check your spam or junk email folders. Look for a confirmation email subject: Your Reservation for JW Starlight | A Holiday Pop-Up Experience on [reservation date format x/x/x ]is confirmed!

How can I make changes to my JW Starlight reservation?

You may cancel or modify your reservation up to 48hrs prior to your reservation date. To modify your reservation please click on the “manage reservation” link found at the top of your confirmation email.

 

Then click on the “modify reservation” or “cancel reservation” found on the next page.

Are there on-site parking options available?

Valet parking will be provided complimentary; however, ridesharing is strongly recommended. Should you wish to self-park, there are various off-site parking options available nearby.
